We are celebrating today....the deaths and the lives of those who have
GALANTLY...BRAVELY...WILLINGLY....layed or lay their lives on the FRONT LINE.
But are we living.....truly living in what they have died to give us ?
Freedom to worship GOD, pray, read His Word where ever we desire?
Freedom to go to church...when ever we want to...
Freedm to play our Worship songs when and where ever we want to....
It all falls on us...."LIVE AS FREE MEN".....
" do not use it for evil " - freedom to marry the same sex
freedm to dabble in this or that
freedom to not " assembly ourselves"
" Live as servants of GOD"
HIS FLAG - what truly represents our freedom in Christ ?
The Shed blood of JESUS...........
we can not put it on a pole...
we can not design banners.....or goofy streamers....or fireworks...
IT HAS TO RUN IN OUR VEINS...
IT HAS TO FILL OUR SOULS...
IT HAS TO BE EXUDED from our hearts.....
THIS FREEDOM IN CHRIST....sets us free from HELL
set us free from the LAW
set us free to be compelled to serve, worship, HONOR & obey....

| In the midst of :Yesterday - Dad was scheduled for the second surgeon to see him.
We went in with anticipation of hearing - " schedule surgery for tomorrow or Thurs. "
we heard, " Dr. _____ had 30 ER patience, the next availible is Aug. 6th"
I have been taking care of him since June 13th.... around the clock except one day.
( we are getting in next Tues...as the nurse - through JESUS CHRIST..knows what we
each can handle...Dad included)
Last nite was no exception...
Got meds and bed at 11 home by 11: 29
back at 3:30
back at 5:00
back at 7:15
Home at 9:30
lunch at 11:00
back at 2:00
5:00
8:00
11:00
and today..... I want to get the letters for Africa scripted and taken to a printer
envelopes addressed for return...w/ funding for Kenya....
and as I read....God spoke to me...
1 Cor. 14: 9
" Unless you speak intelligible words..how will they know what you speak"
it spoke to me....that God alone would give me " spiritually intelligible" words.
words that are beyond grammar
words that are beyond ink
words that will move the souls of those that read them
words that have the HOLY SPIRIT in them....

I wonder how can I even tackle this right now ?

the ones that read...GOD alone will touch their souls...
maybe I will just type KOOL AID....1,000's times and have faith
that God will still speak....

3. I bought it stage - Most IMPORTANT...there is a price to be paid, you will not play but pay it ....
Fast, pray and seek God to make it happen
4. I sought it stage - desire sets in...you become a maniac, no one can talk you out of it
5. I got it stage - you stand IN THE DREAM...If we bankrupt Heaven , even then how can we ? but GOD can & does
6. I taught it stage - others need what you have learned through it...you take others with you.
A dream takes you beyond where you can take yourself alone...but GOD CAN...

| I gave up.............When I was little , my Mom would ask,
" Janelle, are you poubting ?"
ahhhhhhhh....flashbacks...
even then I woud recluse when things upset me....
I have to say...a couple of days, " I was poubting"
Yes, today is Rock's first day of vacation..... for 2 weeks.
Any of you that know me, KNOWS I LOVE....to "get away"...
and yes, "not going - anywhere but to OUR CABIN..."
but to me...that is " Cancun - with out the swine flu "
And yes, I get to see Rock about an hour a day...
Slept down at my Dad's.....
tied down would be an understatement....
wreeking havic on any plans I HAD....................of
sitting on the dock
taking the boat out at 7:30 p.m. as the sun hits the trees from the west...
being alone with ROCK...and off of Schooler Rd.
ok...that was ( maybe still is somewhat) my voice inside my poubting head....
My Dad is at home
with severe back injury....81yrs. old...wheel chair, lift chair, hospital bed...
seen one surgeon...waited to get into him..
now to wait to see another one, next Tues....
surgery....???
recovery.....
(with taking care of MOM - I LOVED IT...I LOVED IT )
all of this is like having a baby...and then
HEY....let's do it again....! and enjoy !

but I hope I HAVE SWALLOWED THE PILL...

| 2009 ~ Communication..................Today, in this world how do we tell others about JESUS CHRIST ?
How does it go through to where it saturates into their heart....
Where who HE IS....becomes more than a thot ?
Oh it is my desire to speak....
Oh it is my desire to teach His Word.....
Oh, HE GAVE ME THE WORD - PROCLAIM instead of "PREACH"
( which most Christians have a problem with...in my gender...so PROCLAIM is great, I thot !
I was even comfortable with it, THANK YOU JESUS , now I can go on..."PROCLAIM " )
so , that word means alot to me personally.....
Today :
about breaking the bread in communion:
1 Cor. 11: 23
" he broke it and said, " This is MY body, which is for you;
do this in REMEMBRANCE of ME."
( ready ? )
26. " For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup,
YOU PROCLAIM the Lord's DEATH until HE comes."
The Lord's supper = " an acted sermon "
We are to remember....and HE just sunk it into my soul....
it is when we are willing to break bread with HIM....
Suffer with HIM.....
Suffer with HIM.....draw close to HIS SIDE.....
What did they do to HIS SIDE ...on the cross ?
What will be happening to us on earth...if we are drawn sooooooo close to HIS SIDE....
It is when we "eat" - it goes into our body.....
we associate with it so intensely....
we remember HIS suffering so real....
and we glory with Christ, there for we also __________ " SUFFER"
with Christ.
"for when EVER YOU ..." - " you PROCLAIM the LORD's death"
every time we suffer for the sake of the LORD
we (hopefully) are taking people to see the:
humility
the willingness
the ready to be truly, truly IDENTIFIED....oh we want to be unidentified in the blessing & praise side
but what about the side with the spear ?

Do we truly want to be close to the LORD, today ?
When we do.....we will communicate in 2009 the LOVE that penetrates...
as HIS love did to each one of our souls.
