What this Christmas are you going to "offer your children, your spouse, who ever ?"

Question :
" What are you going to give God that is going to impress Him ?"
Your talent ?
God : " Oh yeah, I gave you that."
Your money - even if you wrote a 10 million dollar check ?
God : " Oh yeah, I gave you that "
The streets in Heaven are made of GOLD.....
IF GOLD, $ $ $ - could REDEEM us, HE would of sent down $$$ from Heaven.
but money could not redeem us.
only HIS SON..........JESUS CHRIST...
what can we offer to JESUS CHRIST - this week ?
Our empty hands...into HIS nail scarred hands.....
what will that give HIM ?
what will that give US ?
This Christmas our children, our grandchildren...
what are we going to give them ~ that will impress them ?
The biggest - newest - ? ? ? ? ?
What do they want ? " our hearts, our time, our love "
our empty hands in their - little empty hands "
taking a walk, taking time to read, taking time to listen....
Gifts are great....but if we haven't FIRST -
if we haven't all year - given them ourselves
and even more so - What about JESUS CHRIST
Have we given our kids , our grandkids at the fore front of our minds....
our first desire is to give them JESUS....
for real. JESUS - who HE is to them, in their world - JESUS .

on your child's ( adult child even )
some how your mind goes straight back to the exact experience
of that child's birth....

Born 5:27 a.m.
ON THANXGIVING DAY !
9 lbs. 22"
Breach - dry birth.....
arms over his head
legs up around his head
it got to be " he has got to born NOW...
or we may lose him or the mother "
being 18 yrs. old....listening to others scream...
my water breaking at home completely....
intense pain every 2 minutes for 5 hrs.
going back even farther...
to someone offering me a much easier way out....
ABORTION....and no pain for the moment....
but I am sure ( with the way I internalize things )
I would of had a LIFE OF PAIN with that decision....
Instead...
a life of joy....
a life watching the one who GOD knew before he was
in his mother's womb....to become
" a man after the heart of God "
My Mom - loved the 33rd birthday of every child and grandchild...
"it is as long as Christ lived on this earth"
what JESUS did in that many years...
what Gabe has done for the LORD in 33 yrs.
the " working out of our own salvation "
I pray for Gabe's next 33 yrs.
that God will order his steps.....
Rock and I watched him take his first steps...
but GOD HIMSELF ....
knew every step he would take after that.
I was THANKFUL - on that THANXGIVING DAY
( even though my Mom went home, cooked the huge meal
someone stopped in her house..to visit, looked over to her
chair, she was sleeping ) smile
I am thankful on this Thanxgiving Day
for Gabe's genuine heart to love His Lord !

Naomi - Moabite - Ungodly linage.... her linage .....
( as holidays come...you are put face to face with where you have come from )
Don't look BACK = Lots wife ? pillar of SALT....
2 daughters ...got their Dad drunk to preserve the line....
had sex = Moabite son born - sick family ?
Ruth left Bethlehem - full
Married - her husband died
Mother - her 2 sons die
She says, " GOD is good, working, will provide for EVERYONE...
but her..."
( is GOD moving in other peoples ministry, lives, finances, ~ BUT YOURS ? )
KEEP LIVING.....KEEP WALKING......
Are you defining yourself by your circumstances right now ?
Are you defining GOD.....by your circumstances right now ?
( define yourself by God's Word - who God says YOU ARE )
Ruth says, " I am too old to have a husband " LOL
* God gave Ruth someone in her life....who believed in her
seen what was truly in her...when she could not see it herself
( who is that in YOUR LIFE RIGHT NOW ?...who can see who you are in CHRIST ?)
Ruth even seen the LORD as the source of her problem - OUCH !
People even told her - Ruth , Ruth.... tried to encourage...
she rejected....she even did not want to be called RUTH...call me MARA !
She thought God was good, great, worked for everyone but her....
( right now in your life, your ministry.... how does it look to YOU - TO ME ! ) smile

Has people in your life not been BACK STABBERS..
but looked you straight into your eyes....and STABBED YOU ? ...................
Ruth & Boaz get married ~ have a son...
Ruth puts him in Naomi's arms...
LOOK...LOOK...LOOK what happens....
( SHE BEGINS TO NURSE HIM )
*** what was dried up..... GOD renews.
what was dried up....GOD puts in life
what was dried up.....God creates newness
An old dried up woman of doubt, fear, alone, gave up on God..
who she is in CHRIST...
BEGAN TO LACTATE.....................
but Naomi had to grab hold of the child...
she had to HOLD ON TO IT
she had to EMBRACE IT....
They called him = OBED = " WORSHIP"
You think your ministry is OVER
You think your marriage,your productivity is done....
GOD right now....( Ruth's husband died, her 2 sons.....)
GOD WAS ORCHESTRATING HER LIFE......
GOD WAS ORDERING HER STEPS.......... IN THE MIDST....
In the midst right now in your life...
for YOU ~
hold on, keep living, keep walking...
What came through OBED ? DAVID.....
What came through DAVID ( GOD ) ~ JESUS CHRIST
What is coming through you, right now...
for spiritual gain ?
Naomi couldn't realize in the midst of "dryness"
Naomi couldn't see how much GOD was moving in....the midst of " dryness"
She thot she was done "nursing".....
but GOD was preparing her to show in her "dryness"
a true miracle of GOD...that could not be explained, except it IS GOD.....
don't give up..... take hold, embrace, hold on !
walk in FAITH in HIM who is - in the midst - moving RIGHT NOW !

6 kids all over my office floor....
and I am blessed...
besides Rock....on earth...
who else gives you that much fun
that much unconditional love
and putting soap and turning on the jets...
is a BLAST.........
Who would of thot 35 yrs.... ago.......
it would all lead to
"FRIDAY NITES....with 6 CRAZY, CRAZY KIDS.."

I thought...I am in Revelation ....
and so, my Bible was open to 2 Cor. on my desk...
and it caught me....
" I will read this chapter before I go to Revelations
2 Cor. 7: 11
" At every point you have proved yourself to be innocent in this matter."
I asked God for His Sword of the Spirit
Search me and show any wicked way
Cut to my marrow oh God, cut to it deeply....today...
and I opened up His Word to this....
to this...
to this...
I told HIM, YOU ARE " THE " GREAT COUNSELOR
I am coming to YOU....
I am not emailing Chris
I am not calling Pam
I am coming to YOU , OH MY GOD, MY LORD, MY SAVIOR
Speak to me.....
2 Cor. 7: 11
" At every point you have proved yourself to be innocent in this matter."
and am I amazed , when HE SPOKE just to me ?
and am I humbled, when satans voice is hushed...quieted....silenced.....
and do I know, right now...
HE GOD loves me...
HE GOD has searched me...
HE seen me come to HIM years ago....on these matters...
He seen me seek wise counsel and follow men of God...
follow the HOLY SPIRIT's leading in my heart.
Obey unto the point of going in all humility....
HE is the ONLY ONE....who seen my heart....
and HIS reply today ?

do I have sin in my life - you bet
am I " white as snow " no way - only through the blood of JESUS
am I to be condemned by satan - NO, today I say NO
am I to be convicted by God - always.
and to HIM...."THE GREAT COUNSELOR " - I am in love with GOD
I worship HIS HOLY FEET
I THANK HIM for the Sword of the Spirit
for HE is MY GOD
for HE IS MY SAVIOR
for HE IS MY FRIEND and Counselor ! amen.
